Established in 2014 as a Benefit (“B”) Corporation, EEtility is a one-of-a-kind Energy Efficiency Program Operator with strong beliefs that energy efficiency and renewable energy programs should be cost effective, highly impact full, sustainable, scale able, AND ALL INCLUSIVE. As such, EEtility helps Utilities identify and invest in cost effective energy efficiency upgrades at metered locations, to INCLUDE homes and apartments where cost effective Upgrades are most needed. To recover 100% if its costs for these upgrades the Utility simply places a monthly tariff charge (an “Essential Utility Service”) at each metered location that is significantly LESS than the expected monthly savings. Since a tariff IS NOT a loan and therefore is NOT tied to an individual, the tariff charge survives homeowner and/or tenant changes and stays tied to the metered location until the Utility’s cost recovery is complete. Considered a National expert at operating Tariff on bill programs, EEtility currently operates the highly acclaimed (and Arkansas born) tariff on bill program “HELP PAYS”, North Carolina’s “Upgrade To Save” Program, and will soon be launching another tariff on bill program in Tennessee.

Infinite Enzymes | Jonesboro, AR
Infinite Enzymes is a biotech company with a novel genetic technology for producing low-cost, plant-based enzymes for converting cellulosic biomass into biofuels and other biobased products.
Cellulose is the most abundant molecule on earth and has the potential to become a major feedstock source for manufacturing biofuels. The establishment of a viable and sustainable cellulosic biofuel industry will depend in large part on the ability to efficiently and economically process cellulosic biomass feedstocks, such as switchgrass and miscanthus, as well as the biomass of trees, and residual agricultural and forestry matter.
Infinite Enzymes’ plant genetic technology enables the production of cellulase enzymes in the embryo (germ) of the corn kernel. Using transgenic corn as a “plant factory” for producing cellulase enzymes, Infinite Enzymes can deliver high-quality, cost-competitive cellulase enzymes on a commercial scale without the capital intensive requirements and environmental costs associated with existing enzyme production through microbial/fungal fermentation processes. In fact, the application of Infinite Enzymes’ technology could save cellulosic biofuels manufacturers millions of dollars in operating costs and upfront capital costs, thus increasing the economic viability of companies in this industry.
