April Ambrose, LEED Fellow and GCP, is the Director of Workforce Development for the Arkansas Advanced Energy Foundation. She is an Arkansas native with over 20 years of experience in the sustainability and advanced energy industry. April designed her own major at Hendrix College in Environmental Education, founded Arkansas Earth Day Foundation among other non-profit leadership, provided over 500 educational presentations to local and national groups, and grew Entegrity, a Little Rock based energy and sustainability consulting and development firm, from two to 130 employees with 9 offices.

Jenny Sales

Talent Management

 

 Jenny Sales is the Career Coach and Talent Recruiter for the Arkansas Advanced Energy Foundation as assigned from the Office of Skills Development.  Jenny will manage the talent development and recruitment for employers hiring through the apprenticeship model, as she recently did with ACDS in targeting Information Technology apprentices. She has over 22 years of experience in Staffing, Recruitment and Human Resources and is an active member of SHRM and chapter member of WCASHRM. Jenny has always had a passion for helping others that started in 2003 volunteering with ACTI advising potential candidates on career goals, resume and interviewing. Previous experience also includes Advanced Manufacturing, Aviation, Construction and more from her 12-year tenure with Staffmark Staffing Agency. Jenny Sales has never met a stranger and is committed to developing Arkansas’ workforce.
