Open RFQs
Arkansas Advanced Energy Foundation is pleased to announce the release of a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for supporting services related to AAEF’s initiatives under the Climate Pollution Reduction Grant (CPRG) from the EPA. As part of this grant, AAEF is establishing two essential programs to support energy efficiency, sustainability, and economic growth in Arkansas: a Workforce Development initiative and the implementation of a Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy (CPACE) Revolving Loan Fund (RLF) program.
The RFQ is seeking qualified consultants across multiple areas, including engineering, architecture, legal, financial*, and compliance services, to help drive the success of these programs. Consultants will play critical roles in supporting both workforce development efforts and the CPACE program, which provides low-interest loans through a multi-million-dollar revolving loan fund to assist property owners in making energy-efficient upgrades. *Financial institutions must be identified on the Arkansas State Bank Department’s eligible depositories list.
